**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales & Lead Generation**:

- Identify and generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Present and promote company products to prospective customers and clients.
- **Client Engagement**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Respond to client inquiries and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- **Sales Strategy Implementation**:

- Support the execution of sales plans to achieve individual and team targets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm and implement innovative selling techniques.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.
- Provide regular feedback and insights on customer preferences and market trends.
- **Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new product offerings.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- 6 months to 1 year in a sales or customer-facing role (experience in B2B or B2C sales is a plus).
- Freshers with strong interpersonal skills and a good understanding of sales principles are encouraged to apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Basic understanding of sales tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
- Enthusiasm for building relationships and meeting targets.
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
