**Job Summary**:
The Sales Assistant will play a crucial role in our sales team, focusing on managing and nurturing inbound leads, ensuring smooth transitions across sales pipeline stages, and handling essential administrative tasks like creating proforma invoices and following up on payments. This role requires a proactive approach to customer relationship management and a keen attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Approach and manage inbound leads effectively.
- Follow up with leads to ensure engagement and progression through the sales pipeline.
- Transition leads to different stages in the sales pipeline according to their readiness and interest level.
- Create and manage proforma invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely closure of deals.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, managing updates and data entry into our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and improve lead conversion rates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a sales assistant or in a similar sales/customer service role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive and positive approach to problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
