Interior Design Site Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise all on-site interior design works, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Monitor site progress and provide daily/weekly reports to the project manager.
- Ensure materials are delivered on time and match the required specifications.
- Identify and resolve any site issues or conflicts in a timely manner.
- Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure the execution aligns with client vision and design intent.
- Conduct quality control checks throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience (3+ years) in interior site supervision or interior fit-out projects.
- Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and design layouts.
- Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
- Flexibility to travel to different project sites.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
- Eye for detail and quality workmanship.
- Team-oriented with a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
