**JOB DESCRIPTION** Job Responsibilities**:

- 3 year+ experience in Trade support functions (booking trades, trade verification and reconciliations)
- Ability to run end-to-end UAT testing of key tech deliveries is a plus
- Proven track record in partnering with Technology to implement change and drive operations agenda.
- Good understanding of Cash and OTC derivative instruments and market dynamics preferably to include Rates as an asset class.
- Good understanding of transaction lifecycles, systems and controls and the functions responsible for execution of those controls.
- Understanding Regulatory requirements and reporting is desirable

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**:

- Numerical aptitude with strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Organized and delivery focused with attention to detail
- Good time management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to work well under pressure
- Good relationship building skills and ability to deal with counterparts at all levels
- Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
