Location

**Location**: Multiple Locations (Nashik, Pune, Sangli, Yavatmal, Ahemadnagar, and others)

**Avaada Group,** a leader in sustainable energy solutions, is expanding its footprint in renewable energy across India. As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are seeking experienced Site Incharges to oversee the execution and management of solar energy projects in various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the on-ground implementation and management of multiple solar energy projects ranging from 5 MW to 20 MW, with an overall target to achieve at least 250 MW capacity spread over various locations every year.
- Coordinate and manage project planning, execution, and commissioning within stringent timelines, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Build and lead effective project teams capable of delivering on project goals, while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Liaise with government authorities, local communities, and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and ensure smooth project progression.
- Oversee the management of government land allocated for projects, optimizing usage and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and challenges, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate issues and ensure project success.
- Ensure adherence to all environmental, health, and safety guidelines and policies, promoting sustainable and responsible project execution.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in renewable energy or project management would be an advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale renewable energy projects, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, motivate, and manage high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy sector, project management principles, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Ability to work in diverse geographical locations and adapt to challenging project environments.
