**Key Responsibilities**:

- Invoicing**:

- Prepare and issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain records of all invoices and receipts.
**- Payroll Processing**:

- Coordinate with our CA
- Process employee payrolls accurately and on schedule.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries from employees. (Work on SumHR tool)
**- Bookkeeping**:

- Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
**- Day-to-Day Admin and Accounting Tasks**:

- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinate with our CA in preparing and filing tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Support the finance team in various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Manage employee leaves and reimbursements

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks etc. ) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
