**Job Title: Account Executive**

**Location**: Sector-11, Faridabad

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Timings**: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm (Monday to Saturday)

As part of our team expansion, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Account Executive to join us in Sector-11, Faridabad.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial transactions to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve any accounting issues or discrepancies.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting principles, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Provide support during audits and financial reviews, including preparing documentation and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in tax compliance activities, including filing returns and ensuring timely payments.
- Perform other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Accounts Executive or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Well-groomed with a pleasing personality, representing the company professionally at all times.
