**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain accurate accounting records, including general ledger entries, journal vouchers, and financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities.
- Oversee payroll processing, tax calculations, and compliance with statutory regulations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and provide financial insights.
- Monitor cash flow and manage working capital efficiently.
- Assist in financial decision-making by analyzing financial data and performance metrics.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven work experience of 2+ years in an accounts executive or similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and MS Office, especially Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance matters.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
