- **Advising and consulting with clients through active participation in meetings on Estate Planning and Private family trusts**:

- **Drafting legal documents relating to Estate Planning and Private Family Trusts viz. Trust Deeds, WILLs, ancillary documents like Gift Deeds, Affidavits, Board Resolutions, etc.**:

- **Research on Indian case laws, case studies related to Estate Planning / Trusts**:

- **Co-ordination with Relationship Managers / Private Bankers for Trust Structures, Trust/Will documentation**:

- **Creation/modification of Estate Planning related content viz. FAQs, Case Studies, Articles, Presentations**

**2) Pre-requisites OR skills to be acquired**:

- **Understanding of various laws & regulations viz. Indian Trusts Act, Indian Succession Act, Personal laws relating to Succession (Hindu Succession Act, Muslim Law, etc.), Transfer of Property Act**:

- **Understanding Tax implications pertaining to Trusts in India (Taxation of Trusts, Stamp Duty, Gift Tax, Capital Gains Tax, etc.)**

**3) Qualification**:
**Fresh LLB Graduate (3 years or 5 years)**
