Shell Mobility represents the single largest customer-facing business in the group serving more than 30 million Mobility and over 250,000 Fleet customers per day through 500,000 service champions in over 44,000 sites across 70+ countries. Mobility is critical to establish Shell as the no. 1 mobility and convenience retailer.

On this note, Shell seeks to deliver and accelerate site acquisition programme in line with the Shell India aspiration. Hence, you will play critical role in delivering the Network Planning Activities (Conventional as well New Fuels) for Mobility India.
**What’s the role?**
As Network Planner, you will develop network master plan to meet the customer experiences and Retail aspiration, assure the achievement of first-class footprint to secure long-term business competitiveness.
- Review and refresh integrated master plan, incorporating various lens, i.e. Real-Estate, Marketing, Sales and Commercial Fleet. Do the data mining /research on demographics, infrastructural changes and development of market area to back up the master plan.
- Support the development of the annual Network Plan, including Operating Plan and yearly Capital Plan. Provide input for the T&R Process incorporating all significant network changes and estimating effects on capex need and phased capex expenditure.
- Deliver India network strategy through implementation of multi -year plan. Work together as one team with network planning, engineering, real estate, environmental services and partners.
- Create and propose the business case thru Group Investment Proposal (GIP) and engage with key stakeholders of the proposal to secure the necessary approvals for implementation.
- Drive more value from existing network. Analyse data of existing network in order to propose optimisation actions; and provide leadership in shaping First Class Network to maximize value on existing network thru Value Added, NFR opportunities in collaboration with Real Estate, Marketing and Sales & Operations teams.
- Implement strategic initiatives like leading and participating in portfolio projects with Real Estate (e.g., strategic purchase, Site deals), building relationship with local authorities and external stakeholders in pursuit of network objectives.
- Accountable for the Market plan delivery together with Real Estate and Engineering as well as the planning delivery.
- Provide good quality identified plots to fill the pipeline, reduce average identification cycle time and increase identification success rate.
- Complete PIR analysis and ensure all learnings from previous year are fully implemented and tracked.
- Ensure the implementation of mandatory global tools and processes as defined in the Network Imperatives, e.g., Financial Evaluation Model, Volume Forecasting Tool, GIS based location planning tool, etc.
- Build and have a firm grasp of market specific characteristics and build a fit for purpose master plan to cater and effectively serve these market area specific conditions and characteristics.

- Cover all CO & DO network programs, ensuring end to end delivery, and will ensure integrated network action for both the CO and DO network.
**What we need from you**
- College Graduate with at least 3 - 8 years’ experience in Retail Network / Business Expansion. MBA from tier-1 institute will be preferred.
- Must be a self -starter
- must also be a visible safety leader
- sharing learnings and best practices across the larger organization (internal and external stakeholders)
- Possess strong commercial mind-set and financial acumen.
- With strong communication and stakeholder skills necessary.
- Ability to work effectively with external stakeholders and partners necessary.
- Demonstrated ability to think commercially and strategically
- High proficiency in excel, power point and knowledge of financial tools (DCF model/P&L) preferred
- Ability to analyze, process & interpret large amounts of data within tight deadlines, able to set & work with (conflicting) priorities
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the future strategy
- Ability clear goals and measure progress against delivery
- Demonstrate high potential to develop into leadership roles

- Can work in multi-cultural environment
- Willingness to travel
