We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. This role focuses on managing and enhancing our social media presence, developing engaging content, and executing digital marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Social Media Strategy & Management**: Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn
- **Content Creation & Curation**: Design and produce compelling content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience.
- **Community Engagement**: Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, fostering a positive online community.
- **Campaign Execution**: Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns, including sponsored posts and influencer collaborations.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates; provide regular performance reports and insights.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the content, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep the brand's presence relevant and innovative.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Freshers, Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**
- Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
