Job Requirements
- Manage and Configure Various JIRA Tools like Jira Service Desk, JIRA Core, Jira Agile,
- Groovy Scripting and platform related within the organization.
- Maintenance and administration of Jira products (Jira Software, Jira work management, Jira Service Desk)
- Evaluate and manage the usage of Jira add-ons to meet team and business needs.
- Work with Development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, Custom fields, etc.
- Devise, test, and deploy integrations between Atlassian products and other internal chains.
- Conduct training for employees and new hires on Jira and brief the team/s on new functionalities.
- Research and implement new approaches to Jira and Confluence Usage.
- Prompt issue resolution with Jira projects and Confluence in coordination with other admins, partner teams and Atlassian Premier Support.
- Knowledge in Jira Customization, Workflow Customization, Filed Configuration Schemes, Permissions and Projects.
- Experience in using REST Services provided by Atlassian.
- Jira Portfolio plans creation and generating reports using EazyBi, Rich Filters for Jira Dashboards add-on.
- Manage Tempo teams and generate reports as per the weekly and custom requirements.
- Manage Users and Workspaces in Trello.
- Migrating Jira projects and users from server/cloud to cloud Jira.
- Expertise in Jira tools consolidations that involves Jira/Confluence server/cloud migrations and upgrades.
- Expertise in Migrations and Acquisitions at the Organizational level.
- Hands-on Experience on Confluence Migrations.
- Experience in performing Audits on user access as per Compliance Requirements.
- Act as a Scrum master by managing Scrum boards/ Backlogs and User Stories.
- Manage Purchasing and Licensing Organization Products and its SEN (Service Enrollment Number)
- Handle Complex User requests/Issues through Jira tickets.
- Create customized dashboards, and JQL Filters and use them on gadgets. Environments by backing up the database, home directory and installation directory as well as addon
- Strong knowledge on Atlassian Crowd for central identity management.
- Created users on JIRA Internal Directory, Crowd and Active Directory (AI).
- Experience working with Continuous Delivery tools like GIT, Nexus and SonarQube.
- Experienced in Documentation of Product Installation Guides, Environment Preparations, and issue logs.
- Good at Client Liaison, experienced in executing Onsite-Offshore project execution models,
- Proficient in document management, prioritize and complete multiple tasks.

Work Experience
- Total 6 years of relevant experience in Jira Administration
- Basic MS SQL skills, running DB query and troubleshooting
- Experience with FTP and PGP file encryption (or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of flat files, XML files, and Excel spreadsheets
- Understanding of data format conversion
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills with good communication & presentation skills
- Knowledge in tools
- Experience with SAML, MFA, and Open Source into SSO technologies, IDP and/or SP
- Init and other authentication technologies will be added advantage.
