- Should have knowledge of SAP system
- To convert RFC (Rolling forecast) to an executable monthly production plan within framework of rough cut capacity and materials planning.
- To communicate production delivery status to Demand Planners / Business on critical products and on monthly consolidated basis for all the products.
- To monitor and control of inventories - RM, PM & WIP and work towards salvaging of slow moving and ageing stocks.
- To act as a continuous interface between plant & Demand planning/ business, to ensure

Market priorities are highlighted / serviced and provide inputs to manufacturing as per plan.
- To share the RFC with plant team.
- To share the inputs for MRP run with APO team.
- To verify the MRP outputs and share with purchase team.
- To prepare and share the list of Raw & Packing materials for analysis priorities.
- To conduct the Pre commit meeting with plant team for M1 & M2 commits.
- To share the Pre commits with Demand planning and conduct the S&OP meeting.
- To share the indent for In House API as per MRP output and raise the PO.
- To conduct the commit meeting with plant team for M0 & M1 commits and share with market.
- To share final commits with APO team for uploading in APO System.
- To act as initiator for product site transfer activities and new product Introduction at site.
- To have effective coordination with Production, Technology Transfer, QA, QC, RA, Warehouse & Purchase for achieving the production plan.
- To follow the Current Good Manufacturing Practices and all the relevant SOPs in Supply Chain and production planning.
- Review and approval of Standard operating procedure.
- Handling of Planned and Unplanned deviation, Investigation and Change control. Implementation of corrective and preventive action. Verification of effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action.
