**BASIC FUNCTION**:
Production Management

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Production planning/ monitoring of CNH parts manufacturing as per monthly, weekly dispatch schedules.
- Close monitoring & load planning for each production machine for all shifts as per schedule including outsource processing.
- Manpower planning/deployment & shift planning as per dispatch plans.
- Optimize source utilization to maximize production outputs.
- To ensure 5S & general upkeep of shop floor machines & equipment.
- To provide ON JOB Training to new Joinee on respective machines.

To coordinate with all concerned functions for achieving schedule requirements.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Deep Understanding of quality control, inspection.
- Method, production processes, production flow, cycle timing, cutting tools, fixture, working on machine operations, equipment & quality instruments.
- Good Communication Skills.
- System Knowledge
- Manpower handling motivation.
- 5S & safety awareness.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
