**Responsibilities**
- **Product Discovery & Planning**:

- Translate business goals into UX strategies and measurable KPIs.
- Create user personas & journey maps for different lifecycle stages (new users, active users, churn-risk users, power users).
- Collaborate with stakeholders on product roadmaps.
- **Lifecycle-Focused UX Design**:

- Map UX flows for onboarding, feature discovery, activation, conversion, and retention.
- Design low/high-fidelity wireframes & clickable prototypes.
- Create decision trees for multi-path user journeys (e.g., free → paid upgrades).
- **Collaboration & Handoff**:

- Deliver dev-ready designs and flows in Figma/Zeplin.
- Work closely with UI devs to ensure correct implementation.
- Document edge cases, error states, and alternative flows.
- **Testing & Optimization**:

- Conduct usability tests pre
- and post-release.
- Analyze product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase) to find drop-off points.
- Suggest UX iterations for higher conversion and retention.
- **Post-Launch Growth**:

- Partner with marketing to align UX with lifecycle marketing campaigns.
- Integrate feedback loops for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years in UX/Product design for mobile/web tech products.
- Strong understanding of **product lifecycle design** (AARRR: Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Referral, Revenue).
- Proficiency with Figma, Miro, Adobe XD.
- Portfolio showing UX decisions tied to business outcomes, not just visuals.

Pay: Up to ₹55,000.00 per month
