Our vision is to bring at least 50% of India under green cover and cultivate a love for flora and fauna. Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive **Field Wildlife Conservation Associate** to support crucial research and conservation initiatives focused on habitat health. The role involves a blend of field surveys, data management, and community outreach efforts. You'll collaborate closely with biologists and conservation experts to contribute to impactful environmental outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Multidisciplinary Collaboration**

Work alongside biologists and wildlife conservation experts to coordinate fieldwork and research activities, ensuring cohesive project execution.
- **Field Data Collection & Surveying**

Organize and conduct vegetation and pellet surveys, administer questionnaire surveys to assess habitat perception, and record field data systematically.
- **GPS and Geospatial Data Handling**

Utilize GPS technology for accurate data collection in the field, capturing location-specific observations relevant to habitat studies.
- **Community Education & Conservation Awareness**

Design and facilitate conservation awareness programs in schools and local communities, fostering understanding of Environment conservation needs.
- **Data & Management**

Ensure accurate, organization, and maintenance of all collected data and survey results in proper databases or recording systems.

**Qualifications & Preferred Experience**
- **Educational Background**

Bachelor’s degree in Wildlife Biology, Ecology, Environmental Science, or a closely related field is preferred.
- **Field Experience**

Demonstrable experience with field data collection, habitat surveys, and working in conservation settings is highly desirable.
- **Technical Proficiency**

Familiarity with GPS tools, basic survey equipment, and data management software—including spreadsheets and geospatial mapping—is advantageous.
- **Communication & Outreach Skills**

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with both scientific teams and local stakeholders.

**Working Conditions**
- Fieldwork involves varying environments and may include extended time outdoors during data collection and surveys.
- Opportunities for community engagement and educational outreach, necessitating occasional travel to local schools or village communities.
- Monday to Saturday working.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
