**Role Overview**:
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive with a passion for field sales and a sharp eye for market research. You will be responsible for exploring the Alloy Steel market, identifying client needs, and helping convert those insights into business growth. This hybrid role includes both on-field visits and desk research.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research (desk + field) to identify demand, key buyers, and usage of alloy steel
- Visit manufacturing units, fabrication workshops, and stockists to gather insights and build client relations
- Build and manage a database of clients in automotive, tool & die, and construction sectors
- Analyze pricing trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activity
- Initiate cold calls, client visits, and sales pitches to close deals
- Maintain organized records of client interactions, leads, and sales data
- Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, order follow-ups, and service delivery
- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in sales, marketing, or market research (preferably in metals, steel, or industrial products)
- **Education**: Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into strategy
- Comfortable working independently and on the field
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets; CRM experience is a plus
- Willingness to travel for field work as needed
