**A.** **Develop and implement Sales Strategies**: Research and analyze the market to identify potential customers and opportunities. Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed sales targets for GK Rickshaw Ltd.
**B.** **Generate leads and prospects**: Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
**C.** **Conduct product presentations and demonstrations**: Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and unique selling points of GK Rickshaw Ltd. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to display the value proposition of the products.
**D.** **Negotiate and Close Sales**: Collaborate with potential customers to understand their needs and requirements. Present suitable solutions and negotiate sales agreements to secure new orders. Ensure timely closure of sales deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
**E.** **Build and maintain Customer Relationships**: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and proactively follow up on customer feedback to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
**F.** **Stay updated on industry trends and competition**: Keep abreast of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Conduct regular research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential threats to GK Rickshaw Ltd's sales objectives.
**G.** **Collaborate with internal teams**: Coordinate with various internal teams such as marketing, production, and logistics to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery of products. Provide feedback from customers to relevant departments to improve products and services.
**H.** **Achieve sales targets and objectives**: Set ambitious sales targets in alignment with GK Rickshaw Ltd's overall business goals. Continuously monitor sales performance, analyze data, and take necessary actions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
**I.** **Prepare sales reports and forecasts**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. Prepare regular sales reports and present them to the management team to evaluate sales performance and make informed business decisions.
**Attend industry events and exhibitions**: Represent GK Rickshaw Ltd at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry conferences to promote the company's products and build brand awareness. Network with potential customers and industry professionals to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
**Salary**: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
