**JOB TITLE**: Design Engineer

**JOB LOCATION**: Chennai (Ponneri)

**JOB SUMMARY**:
As an Interior Designer will be responsible for creating functional, aesthetically pleasing, and highly customized interior design solutions for clients in residential, commercial, and hospitality settings. You will work closely with clients, architects, and project managers to transform spaces by selecting and arranging furniture, fixtures, finishes, and accessories.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILTY**:

- **Conceptualization and Design**: Create furniture design concepts that align with market trends, customer preferences, and the company's brand identity. Develop sketches, 2D and 3D models, and prototypes to visualize designs.
- **Technical Design**: Translate design concepts into detailed technical drawings and specifications. Ensure that designs adhere to industry standards, safety regulations, and ergonomic principles.
- **Project Coordination**: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and project managers to ensure the successful execution of turnkey projects. Oversee the installation of furniture and fixtures to ensure they meet design specifications.
- **Quality Control**: Define quality standards and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure that the final products meet these standards.
- **Communication and Presentation**:Effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project stakeholders. Prepare and present design proposals, including visual materials and cost estimates.
- **Trend and Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging materials, and design innovations. Incorporate current design trends when relevant and appropriate for the project.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, with a focus on the furniture industry and turnkey projects.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and **Cuttinglist.**:

- Strong knowledge of furniture, fixtures, finishes, and materials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and a strong creative vision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
