**Responsibilities**:

- As an individual contributor, work hands-on across video production including all aspects of ideating, scripting, shooting, packaging and editing
- Leverage key trends across video production and social media video platforms while executing video projects
- Experience in video projects across events, sports stakeholders, human interest stories preferred
- Ideate and execute the content strategy for various RF Sports activities by aligning with the program, digital, marketing and communications teams
- Develop annual video content plans for each program and overall RF Sports brand
- Identify key target audiences and drive followership and engagement on digital platforms through targeted content driven initiatives.
