**Role & responsibilities**

Handling of Cheddar and Mozzarella Cheese Section. Production Planning, Shift Handling, Manpower Handling, Productivity, QMS, & safety system Implementation. Ensure that the Production is being done as per the planning. Ensure that required manpower is provided to each production area. Ensure all records are being maintained as per the requirements of the procedure. Ensure proper recording and storage of non-confirming products and its utilization as per the given directions. Ensure that the cleaning of plant and equipment as per schedule. Ensure personnel working in the area follow SSOP requirements.

IDD in Dairy Technology or B Tech in Dairy / Food Technology with 5 to 7 Ys Experience.
