Job Responsibilities:
1. Calling existing, Indiamart's, and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
2. Making quotations for the customer.
3. Maintaining daily records in Excel for the number of contacted customers and their responses.
4. Preparing invoices and purchase orders and keeping records for the same
5. Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
6.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services
7. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
8. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
9. Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.
10. Cold call people using a given phone directory to sell products or solicit donations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:
