**Role Description**:
We are looking for a motivated **Commission Sales Associate** to join our on-site sales team in Mumbai. You will play a key role in driving sales by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and converting opportunities into successful deals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels
- Generate, qualify, and follow up on sales leads
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries
- Present and demonstrate real estate products/services effectively
- Participate in client meetings, sales events, and internal training
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure a smooth customer experience and post-sales support

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in **Sales**, **Lead Generation**, and **Account Management**:

- Strong **communication** and **negotiation** skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Skilled in **presentation** and **demonstration** techniques
- Excellent **customer service** attitude
- Flexible to work in a **fast-paced**, target-driven environment
- Experience in **real estate** or **technology** sector is an added advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in **Marketing**, **Business Administration**, or a related field is preferred

**Salary**:

- **Purely Commission-Based**:

- Salary is based entirely on the number of successful sales closed
- _No fixed monthly salary_ — earnings depend on performance

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
