_**Deputy Manager - AGM/DGM - Business Development (Land Acquisition)**_

**Responsibilities**:
1. Evaluate land for acquisition under outright or asset light models (Land acquisition, JDA, JV or Profit share)

2. Evaluate projects across business segments of Residential, Commercial & Warehousing

3. Manage Sourcing & Channel relationships

4. Understanding and preparing statements as per DCPR 2034, Unified DCR for MMR region.

5. Stay updated with any Government resolutions issued from time to time that shall have direct impact on feasibility.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹1,900,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
