Job Description: As a Marketing Executive for Junior Engineers, you will be responsible for creating a strong presence for our company in local schools, developing relationships with teachers, students, and educational institutions, and inspiring young minds to pursue a career in engineering. You will play a crucial role in promoting STEM education and fostering a love for engineering among students.

Key Responsibilities:
School Outreach: Visit local schools to introduce students to the exciting world of engineering, emphasizing the importance of STEM education.

Educational Workshops: Conduct workshops and presentations to engage and educate students about various engineering disciplines and career opportunities.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with teachers, school administrators, and educational partners to facilitate collaboration.

Promotional Materials: Develop and distribute marketing materials, brochures, and presentations to highlight our company's role in nurturing junior engineers.

Career Guidance: Provide career guidance and support to students interested in engineering, helping them make informed decisions about their educational and career paths.

Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from schools and students to continually improve our outreach programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Passion for STEM education and inspiring the next generation of engineers.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships.
- Willingness to travel to schools and events within the local area.
- Previous experience in educational marketing or outreach is a plus but not mandatory.
