Office Administrator

Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment, including tidying up common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Collect and distribute mail, packages, and documents.
- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers and configuration of new laptops.
- Handle basic administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation for employees when required.
- Prepare and modify documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of expense reports and invoices.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking office expenses and maintaining petty cash.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with HR department for office and employee requirements.
- Assist the finance department with basic accounting tasks, such as data entry and invoice processing.
Qualifications:
- Graduate or 12th pass acceptable.
- Proven experience in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required.
**Salary**: ₹8,086.00 - ₹41,786.35 per month
