Student Advisor Intern

Responsibilities:
- Conducting calls to prospective students and engaging in conversations to understand their educational background,
interests, and goals.
- Assessing the suitability of leads based on predetermined criteria and determining their potential as prospective
students.
- Effectively communicating with the senior team members to provide detailed insights and recommendations
regarding qualified leads.
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of lead interactions and relevant information in our database.
- Thoroughly understand the various steps involved in the process of conversion of the assigned leads.
- Attend online training sessions that are organised by the institutes or our internal trainers.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with prospective students
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with leads and provide them with a positive experience during the
qualification process.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office and Internet surfing.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work, ensuring accurate assessment and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and communicate effectively with senior team members.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Must possess patience and empathy.
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
