**Duration: 6months (to be present in office 5 days a week)**

**Locations**:Mumbai/Gurgaon**

**Job**Description and Responsibilities**:

- **Legal Research**
- Conduct research on legal principles, regulatory updates, and case laws relevant to the oil & gas and technology sectors.
- Summarize findings and prepare concise legal memos or notes for internal use.
- **Support in Legal Case Management**
- Assist in organizing, tracking, and maintaining legal case files and records.
- Help prepare case summaries and maintain internal case status reports.
- **Contract Review and Vetting**
- Support the legal team in reviewing and vetting commercial agreements, including non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), vendor contracts, and amendments.
- Assist in identifying key legal risks and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- **Corporate Secretarial Assistance**
- Assist in preparation and review of corporate documents, board resolutions, and statutory records.
- Support compliance with local corporate governance requirements.
