**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients by providing excellent service and support. The CRO will serve as a key point of contact, addressing customer queries, ensuring satisfaction, and promoting customer loyalty and retention.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to promote trust and loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services to provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve complaints.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions using CRM tools.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services where appropriate.
- Assist in implementing customer engagement initiatives and retention programs.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a customer service or relationship management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
