We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team at Zeblaze LLP. As a Sales Executive in the e-commerce sector, you will be responsible for driving sales, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of our online retail business.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Acquisition**: Identify and reach out to potential customers, both individuals and businesses, to promote our products

**Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide solutions to enhance their experience with our e-commerce platform.

**Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about our product offerings, features, and promotions. Effectively communicate these details to potential customers.

**Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.

**Sales Reporting**: Generate and analyze sales reports to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement. Present findings to the sales and management teams.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online sales processes.

Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience with CRM tools.

Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
