When it comes to delivering exceptional customer service, you need to know the audience that you are speaking to for the best and optimal results. The Learning Experience Coordinator in our Chennai office will be focused on setting up employees toward optimal success by introducing new hires to Marketing Services (through MSA) and training them to speak to our global partners.
This individual is passionate about working with people, teaching, explaining, and implementing lessons to teams in a clear and effective way, bringing visible results in the performance of our teams across Marketing Services in the Chennai HQ. Working in collaboration with the L&D team and MS Learning Experience Coordinator, this individual can take a lesson plan, facilitate in-depth training sessions, and provide QA to the results by rating the quality of the calls
**About the Job**:
This position will utilize the following KPIs and metrics to define success:
- Time to onboard an employee
- Course Completion Rate
- Improvement Rate of Call Quality
- Improvement Rate of Communication Quality
This role will be working closely with our Client Engagement team in Chennai therefore the incumbent must be able to align working hours at least partially wiith **Central Standard Time** in North America. Most partner and customer calls will happen between the hours of 8am to 5pm CST.

**What You Bring to the Table**:
- Prior experience with training adult learners, preferably with a background in customer service and/or English language training
- Ability to consistently meet commitments and deadlines with a high level of quality and accuracy.
- Proficiency in articulating and managing complex topics through clear writing and effective verbal communication.
- The ability to independently manage complex tasks and make decisions, while effectively identifying and focusing on high-priority and high-impact activities, especially those impacting revenue, churn, and customer satisfaction.
- Proficient in using Google Suite products (especially Google Slides) in a way that supports the overall learning experience
- Able to learn how to use a learning management system (LMS) and read/use the results to further
- Understands the customer journey and how learning materials speak to this journey.
- Holds a foundational understanding of Vendasta’s products, platforms, and integrated tools.
- Intermediate understanding of Vendasta’s Foundational Products
- Intermediate understanding of MatchCraft.
