**Position: Content and Brand Strategist**

**Location: Jaipur**

**Role Overview**:As a Content and Brand Strategist at Business 10X, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand's story and enhancing our online presence. Your expertise in crafting compelling narratives, along with your artistic vision, will drive the creation of high-quality content that aligns with our brand's goals and resonates with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Brand Storytelling**:

- Develop and refine Business 10X's brand story, ensuring it accurately represents our values, mission, and unique selling points.
- Craft a cohesive narrative that engages our audience and creates an emotional connection to our brand.

**2. Content Strategy**:

- Create a comprehensive content strategy that outlines the types of content, themes, and messaging aligned with our brand identity and goals.
- Plan and execute content calendars that cater to different platforms and audience segments.

**3. Quality Content Creation**:

- Produce high-quality, original, and engaging content, including articles, blog posts, social media posts, videos, and more.
- Ensure that content reflects industry trends, best practices, and resonates with our audience's interests.

**4. Artistic Direction**:

- Collaborate with designers and creative teams to ensure that content and pages have an artistic and visually appealing representation.
- Oversee the visual elements of our online presence, maintaining a consistent and visually appealing brand identity.

**5. Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure that all content produced aligns with Business 10X's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone, voice, and visual style.

**6. Performance Analysis**:

- Monitor and analyze the performance of content campaigns, using data-driven insights to refine strategies for better engagement and results.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- Proven experience in content strategy, brand storytelling, and content creation.
- Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft engaging and impactful narratives.
- Strong artistic sensibility and an eye for visual aesthetics.
- Proficiency in collaborating with design teams and knowledge of design principles.
- Familiarity with various content formats and social media platforms.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
