**Job Description**:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Strategist to join our team in Jaipur. As a Content Strategist at TWIDLLR, you will play a crucial role in shaping our clients' online narratives, driving engagement, and ensuring the success of their social media campaigns. You will work closely with our clients, as well as our in-house team of content creators, designers, and marketers, to develop and execute content strategies that deliver results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Content Strategy Development**: Create comprehensive content strategies aligned with client goals, target audience, and industry trends. This includes content calendars, themes, and messaging strategies.

2. **Client Collaboration**: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their brand, products, and objectives, and translate these insights into effective content strategies.

3. **Audience Research**: Conduct thorough research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points to tailor content accordingly.

4. **Competitor Analysis**: Analyze the content strategies of competitors and industry leaders to identify opportunities for differentiation and improvement.

5. **Content Creation Guidance**: Provide guidance and direction to content creators, including copywriters, graphic designers, and videographers, to ensure the execution of high-quality, on-brand content.

6. **Platform Expertise**: Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and adapt strategies accordingly.

7. **Performance Monitoring**: Track and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed to optimize engagement, reach, and conversions.

8. **Content Promotion**: Develop strategies for content promotion, including paid advertising campaigns and influencer partnerships.

9. **Content Optimization**: Continuously optimize content for SEO and user engagement, ensuring that it aligns with search engine algorithms with the SEO team.

10. **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on the performance of content strategies and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience as a Content Strategist or similar role in the social media marketing field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools.
