**Job Responsibility**
- Deal with the Truck / Tipper owners for the rental/ hiring purpose.
- Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle
- Liaising and negotiating with transporters and truck owners.
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach and train field workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements\

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven working experience in Truck / Transportation / Automobile industry
- Record of successful distribution and logistics / Transport management
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
- Proficient in standard logistics software
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
