Provide L3 support for team deliverables.
Configuration, allocation, and management of centralized storage systems and other deployed storage solutions
Help develop or engineer new solutions related to data storage and access
Help setup of backup technologies - Avamar (mandatory), Commvault (optional), Veeam (Optional). Additionally Physical tape library, VTL etc.
Be able to take care of most of P1/P2/P3/P4 tasks and document the RCA.
Interacting with client over calls and provide details and reasoning of the deliverables.

Troubleshooting experience and ability to fulfill Backup L3 support
Good knowledge on multiple Backup Systems. Primarily Avamar.
Experience in Veeam and Commvault is highly appreciated.
Experience with monitoring and performance tuning of various backup systems
Experience with capacity planning and storage allocation forecasting
Experience in Backup Operations management, backup systems, DR
Working knowledge of systems from major backup vendors and cloud services
Working knowledge of technical aspects of backup systems - including but not limited to installation, monitoring, troubleshooting.
