**Position**: Sales Executive and Sales manager

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Engagement**:

- Greet customers and provide a personalized shopping experience.
- Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable jewelry pieces.
- **Product Knowledge**:

- Stay updated with the latest trends and details of products in the showroom.
- Educate customers about the quality, materials, and craftsmanship of the jewelry.
- **Sales Management**:

- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Upsell and cross-sell products effectively.
- **Inventory and Display**:

- Ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in managing inventory, replenishing stock, and handling product displays.
- **Billing and Documentation**:

- Handle billing, invoicing, and any payment transactions with accuracy.
- Maintain proper sales records and documentation as per company policies.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Follow up with customers for feedback and maintain long-term relationships.
- Assist in resolving any customer complaints or queries promptly.
- **Team Coordination**:

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth showroom operations.
- Participate in showroom events, promotions, and marketing activities.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or related fields is a plus.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry industry, is an advantage.
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Persuasive selling skills and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in local language(s) and basic English.
- Knowledge of jewelry materials and designs is a plus.
- **Personal Traits**:

- Polite, presentable, and confident demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers.
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
