1. Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities.
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the team.
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including employee files, company documents, and financial records.
5. Assist with budgeting and financial planning, including preparing expense reports and tracking office expenses.
6. Serve as a liaison between the office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and suppliers.
7. Solving: Troubleshoot office issues, including equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, and facilities problems.
