Job Title: CRM Associate

**Department**: Marketing / Customer Experience

About the Role:
We are looking for a results-driven and customer-focused **CRM Manager** to lead and optimize our customer relationship strategies. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining multi-channel CRM campaigns that enhance customer retention, committed to delivering high-quality projects and fostering strong client relationships through innovation and collaboration and drive customer satisfaction.
- **CRM System Management**:

- Administer and maintain the company's CRM platform
- Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions, ensuring data security and integrity.
- Develop and implement CRM workflows, automation rules, and data validation processes.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support to users.
- Stay up-to-date with CRM platform updates and industry best practices.
- **Data Management and Analysis**:

- Develop and generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales performance, marketing effectiveness, client engagement, and project-related communications.
- Analyse CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in client relationship management and business development.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through regular data cleansing and maintenance activities.
- **Sales and Marketing Enablement**:

- Support the sales team by developing and managing sales pipelines, tracking leads and opportunities, and generating sales reports.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns within the CRM, track campaign performance, and manage lead generation efforts.
- Develop and maintain marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with sales, marketing, project management, and other relevant departments to understand their CRM needs and provide solutions.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding CRM updates, performance, and initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: Immediately

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
