**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make in-person calls to consumers to verify and update their contact details, including addresses and other essential information.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance with their concerns, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Record and update customer information in our internal system accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and politeness in every customer interaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and data accuracy.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up where necessary to resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **English** and **Hindi** (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional tone.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry are preferred.
- Prior experience in customer service, tele-calling, or similar roles is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer data.
