**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Learn and master the functionalities of EXPAND smERP.
- Manage and maintain a strong sales funnel, ensuring a consistent flow of quality leads.
- Generate a minimum of 10 quality leads per month through personal networking efforts.
- Secure at least 2 leads per month from existing clients.
- Attend and participate in exhibitions for lead generation purposes.
- Conduct thorough customer profiling, utilize spin questioning techniques, and deliver effective product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, engage in negotiations, follow up with prospects, and close deals.
- Arrange one demo every month featuring a competitor's product for comparison.
- Nurture cold leads, generating at least 10 new leads per month.
- Engage with trade associations, giving presentations at conferences and on stage at least 4 times a year.
- Maintain an annual exhibition calendar to ensure consistent participation.
- Meet daily, monthly, and quarterly key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to superiors or the head of the department.
- Achieve a minimum of 2 orders every month.
- Participate in training and team-building activities as suggested by superiors.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Software Sales.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey the value proposition of ERP software for Operations Management.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for business automation and technology.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and work collaboratively within a team.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
