Key Responsibilities:
- **Understanding Customer Needs**:Working with the sales team to identify and analyze client requirements and pain points.
- **Solution Development**:Developing tailored solutions and proposals that address the client's specific needs.
- **Product Demonstrations and Presentations**:Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and functionality of products or services.
- **Technical Support**:Providing technical expertise and guidance during the sales process, including responding to RFPs and technical questions.
- **Proposal Creation**:Assisting in the creation of proposals, including technical specifications, pricing, and other relevant information.
- **Relationship Building**:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure a smooth transition to the post-sales process.
- **Staying Updated**:Keeping abreast of the latest product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**:Working closely with sales, engineering, and other teams to ensure alignment and successful deal closures.
Skills and Qualifications:
- **Technical Expertise**:Strong knowledge of the relevant products, services, and technologies.
- **Communication and Presentation Skills**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
- **Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills**:Ability to analyze client needs, identify potential solutions, and develop compelling proposals.
- **Interpersonal Skills**:Strong interpersonal skills for building rapport with clients and collaborating with internal teams.
- **Sales Acumen**:Understanding of the sales process and ability to contribute to closing deals.
