We are seeking experienced IT professionals to join our team as part-time trainers. As a trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions in your area of expertise to students enrolled in our various courses. You will create engaging learning experiences, design training material, and guide students through hands-on projects and assessments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver interactive training sessions in areas such as programming, web development, mobile app development, data management, and more.
- Design and prepare course materials, including presentations, exercises, and hands-on projects.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their learning journey.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate them into the training.
- Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in team meetings and help shape the curriculum.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of professional experience in IT (e.g., software development, data management, web development).
- Strong knowledge in one or more of the following: React, Node.js, Python, Cloud Computing, Data Analytics, or other relevant fields.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
- Previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
- Passion for helping others learn and succeed.
