Job Description**:Technical Trainer** specializing in **Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Manufacturing**,

Here are the key responsibilities:

- **Understanding OSD Processes**: In-depth knowledge of OSD manufacturing methods, including Direct Compression, Wet Granulation, and Dry Granulation.
- **Unit Operations Expertise**: Proficiency in various unit operations related to OSD manufacturing:

- **Granulation**: Understanding wet and dry granulation techniques.
- **Compression**: Knowledge of tablet compression processes.
- **Coating**: Familiarity with film coating and sugar coating methods.
- **Wurster Coating**: Process and equipment skills
- **Capsulation**: Understanding capsule filling and sealing processes.
- **Course Content Development**: Creating training material, presentations, and worksheets for each unit operation.
- **Training Delivery**: Conducting training sessions, webinars, workshops, and individual coaching.
- **Process Troubleshooting**: Ability to troubleshoot issues related to OSD manufacturing.
- **Quality Management and GMP Compliance**: Understanding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and their impact on unit operations.
- **Process Analytical Technologies (PAT)**: Awareness of monitoring techniques during scale-up and technology transfer.
- **Asset Lifecycle Management**: Guidance on optimizing equipment performance and maintenance.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a technical trainer.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (especially PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills for effective training delivery.
- Relevant technical degree and/or certification (e.g., CTT+ - Certified Technical Trainer)
