Trainer Sourcer

Job Timings:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Location:
Gotri, Vadodara

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client training requirements and identify suitable trainers accordingly using portals like Naukri/LinkedIn

• Maintain and expand a network of freelance, contract-based, and vendor trainers across domains like: o Information Technology (Cloud, DevOps, Data Science, etc.) o Soft Skills (Communication, Leadership, etc.) o Other IT-related and functional training areas

• Evaluate trainer profiles based on experience, certifications, delivery skills, and training outcomes.
• Conduct initial screening calls and capability assessments.

• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to schedule trainer interviews & demos.

• Maintain accurate and updated records of trainer interactions, contracts, and feedback in internal databases.

• Continuously build a pipeline of trainers based on anticipated and recurring training needs.

• Support vendor/trainer relationship management.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Some experience in recruitment, L&D coordination, vendor management, or training operations preferred.

• Understanding of technical and non-technical training domains.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
