**Job Summary**
We are seeking two (2) highly motivated and customer-focused male Sales Assistants. The primary role is to provide an exceptional shopping experience to our customers, driving sales by understanding their needs and promoting Damro's diverse product range. You will be the face of Damro, ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the branch's sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service & Sales**:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in their furniture selection process.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products from the Damro collection.
- Effectively demonstrate product features, benefits, and value propositions.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding prices, discounts, delivery, and after-sales service.
- Close sales and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- **Product & Showroom Management**:
- Maintain excellent standards of showroom presentation, ensuring all products are clean, well-displayed, and tagged correctly.
- Have in-depth knowledge of all Damro products, including new arrivals and promotional items.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Process sales orders, prepare invoices, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Maintain customer databases and follow up with potential leads.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team for delivery schedules.
- **Team Collaboration**:
- Work collaboratively with the branch team to achieve overall store objectives.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with the Branch Manager.
**Eligibility & Qualifications**
- **Gender**: Male
- **Age**: Below 30 years
- **Education**: Minimum of a PUC/Intermediate (12th Standard). A diploma or degree is preferred.
- **Experience**: Freshers are encouraged to apply. Prior experience of 6 months to 1 year in retail sales, customer service, or the furniture industry will be an advantage.
**Required Skills & Competencies**
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Fluent in Telugu and Hindi. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- **Customer-Oriented**: A genuine passion for helping people and solving their needs.
- **Sales-Driven**: A strong desire to sell and achieve targets.
- **Pleasant Personality**: Presentable, confident, and with a positive attitude.
- **Basic Computer Skills**: Ability to handle billing software and MS Office.
