Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Sales Specialist based in New Delhi. The role involves assisting customers in finding products that meet their needs, providing exceptional in-store service, and maintaining in-depth knowledge of the latest trends in sneaker culture and related products. The successful candidate will also support merchandising efforts, handle retail operations, and contribute to the overall store environment by ensuring neatness and engagement. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities to build rapport with customers and team members.Demonstrated expertise in retail sales and product knowledge, particularly in fashion or sneakers, to support customer inquiries and make recommendations.Customer service experience, with a focus on delivering a positive, seamless shopping experience and problem-solving for customer satisfaction.Teamwork and collaboration skills to contribute positively to the store's environment and operations.Passion for sneakers or fashion retail is highly desirable, along with a proactive approach to learning about industry trends.
