**About the team**: The MHD team is responsible for managing and addressing merchant queries and concerns related to QR codes and Soundbox. This includes handling issues related to payment, settlement, device functionality, and other related matters.

**About the role**:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated process trainer to join our organization. As a process trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees in various processes and procedures. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to effectively perform their job duties and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

**Expectations/ Requirements**

1. Design and develop training programs: Create training modules, materials, and resources that align with the organization's goals and objectives. Develop training curriculum and instructional materials for both classroom and virtual training sessions.

2. Conduct training sessions: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions to employees, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and understanding. Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, such as presentations, group activities, and hands-on exercises.

3. Assess training needs: identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization. Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to determine training priorities and develop targeted programs to address those needs.

4. Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness: collect feedback from participants and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs. Continuously improve training materials and delivery methods based on feedback and evaluation results.

5.Provide individual coaching and support: Offer individual coaching and support to employees as needed to reinforce learning and address specific performance issues. Work closely with supervisors and managers to ensure training aligns with performance expectations.

6. Stay updated on industry trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of process training. Incorporate new knowledge and techniques into training programs to ensure they remain relevant and effective.

8. Proven experience as a Process Trainer or in a similar training role.

9. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies.

10. Excellent presentation and communication skills.

11. Ability to facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions.

12.Experience with various training methods and techniques.

13.Strong organizational and time management skills.

14.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

15. Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is a plus
