
Travel Desk Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Travel Arrangements**:Booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other transportation for employees or clients.
- **Itinerary Management**:Creating and managing detailed travel plans, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of all travel details.
- **Policy Compliance**:Ensuring all travel arrangements comply with the company's travel policies and budgetary guidelines.
- **Vendor Management**:Developing and maintaining relationships with travel vendors (airlines, hotels, etc.) and negotiating for the best rates.
- **Travel Support**:Providing support and assistance to travelers before, during, and after their trips, including resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies.
- **Reporting**:Generating reports on travel expenses and other relevant data.
- **Communication**:Keeping travelers informed about their itineraries, travel updates, and any changes.
- **Problem Solving**:Addressing and resolving any travel-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, travel management).
- 1+years of experience in a travel-related role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using travel booking systems and tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
