- **Medication Administration**:Administering prescribed medications, intravenous fluids, and other treatments.
- **Hygiene and Comfort**:Assisting with bathing, dressing, and other hygiene needs to ensure patient comfort and well-being.
- **Nutrition**:Assisting with feeding and managing dietary needs, including special diets and intravenous nutrition.
- **Mobility and Rehabilitation**:Assisting patients with ambulation, transfers, and other mobility needs, and providing guidance for rehabilitation.
- **Health Education**: Providing patients and their families with information about their health conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
- **Disease Prevention**: Educating patients on preventive measures and healthy lifestyle choices.
- **Emotional Support**: Offering emotional support and encouragement to patients and their families during difficult times.
- **Interprofessional Teamwork**:Collaborating with physicians, other nurses, therapists, and social workers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- **Communication**:Communicating with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals about patient status, progress, and concerns.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, including vital signs, medications administered, and progress notes.

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
