Job description Name of the Position Dialysis Technician In-Charge Qualification Bachelor s Degree in Dialysis Technology Salary Best in Industry Job Summary - Dialysis Technician In-Charge The Dialysis Technician In-Charge is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the dialysis unit ensuring safe efficient and high-quality care for patients This role includes supervising dialysis technicians coordinating with nephrologists and nursing staff monitoring patient safety and ensuring proper functioning and maintenance of dialysis equipment The In-Charge also maintains compliance with infection control standards hospital policies and regulatory requirements while providing guidance training and support to the dialysis team Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the work of dialysis technicians Ensure smooth functioning of dialysis sessions and patient scheduling Monitor equipment performance and arrange maintenance as needed Maintain strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols Train and mentor dialysis staff in best practices and hospital standards Handle documentation reporting and compliance requirements Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors nurses and patients regarding dialysis services Job Type Full-time Pay From 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
